As a member of the Project Management Oversight Contractor (PMOC) team for over $5 Billion in transit construction, JBC is responsible for overseeing the planning, preconstruction and construction phases of FTA funded projects to ensure successful completion and operation.

South Boston Piers Transitway Project, Boston, MA, Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA). The $600 million project is a 1.5 mile underground transit tunnel combined with surface bus operations, which link the South Boston area with downtown Boston.

Weber County to Salt Lake City Commuter Rail Project, Salt Lake City, Utah, Utah Transit Authority (UTA). This $611 million project is a new 44 mile commuter rail line with eight (8) new stations.

Tren Urbano, San Juan, Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority. The $2.5 billion. multiple design/build heavy rail transit project consisted of a 10.5 mile fixed guideway, double track, dedicated right-of-way transit system and includes the construction of 16 stations and a maintenance facility.
