Background: This new 295,000sf multi-use arena was constructed as the home of the Hershey Bears ice hockey team and a variety of other entertainment venues. The Center has seating for 10,500 with 1,000 additional club seats and 40 luxury suites, club lounge, concessions, press box, locker and training rooms, office suites and retail areas. As a member of the Commonwealth’s Project Management Oversight team, JBC provided schedule review and progress monitoring services during construction.
