PennDOT and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission - Construction Inspection Services

Background: Since 1992, JBC Associates has provided Construction Inspection services to PennDOT and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission on over 50 projects totalling in excess of $1.5 billion in construction value. These projects include both new construction and rehabilitation projects consisting of new limited access roadways, bridge structures, concrete and bituminous paving and resurfacing, sound barrier walls and signalization. Our inspection staff have the required NICET, NECEPT and ACI certifications.
