

Keystone Building

Background: This project consisted of the demolition of an existing 12 story office building and the construction of a new 10 story, 940,000 square feet government office building for over 3,000 state employees. The building is the first LEED certified "green design" building in the state. The building has a façade of limestone and glass, has a 15,300 SF atrium and a 196-car underground parking garage. As part of the construction management team, JBC was responsible for the development of the initial CPM schedule for construction, as well as, document control for this multi-prime project.
