Background: This project involves renovations to the existing 5 story school for 1000 students in 298,927 SF of facilities. Improvements consist of renovations to the science classrooms and labs, a new expanded library with computer lab, a new culinary arts area, modifications for ADA compliance in toilet rooms and building accessibility, new roof, new tile flooring, window replacement, exterior masonry repairs, painting, electrical and HVAC system upgrades, and new front entry.
