Background: This project consists of renovations to an existing 437,942 SF high school for 1600 students. Improvements consist of renovations to the science lab facilities and existing library, modifications for ADA compliance in toilet rooms and building accessibility, new roof, new bleachers, window replacement, painting, new HVAC and fire alarm systems, and site work.
JBC is providing construction management services during preconstruction and construction for several projects under the $1.5 Billion Capital Improvement Program for the School District of Philadelphia. Some of these projects have included:
