Background: JBC was part of the Construction Management team during construction of the $120 million Terminal B/C Renovations and new Baggage Claim Facility completed in 1999. JBC developed and maintained the detailed CPM schedule, and provided full time construction inspection and contract administration services including document control during this airport improvements project combining two existing terminals and the construction of a new baggage claim building. Additional services included schedule/ delay analysis and assessment of liability for delay, and preparation of report to be used in defense of delay claims asserted against the Owner.
