RESIDENT ENGINEERS

JBC Associates seeks TCMs and REs for highway construction projects in the Philadelphia area.  The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of highway construction/ project management experience, strong leadership skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills.  BS in Civil Engineering or related field and PE are required.  Experience on PennDOT and PA Turnpike projects a plus.  Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team and the willingness to market services to potential clients including preparing proposals and/or presentations.

SCHEDULE ENGINEERS

JBC Associates seeks Schedule Engineers who have a minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing and maintaining detailed CPM schedules using Primavera scheduling software.  BS in Engineering or related field desired.  Strong computer skills required.

Entry LEVEL ENGINEERS

JBC Associates seeks candidates with a BS in Civil Engineering and an interest in a career in construction management.  Strong computer skills required.

Construction Inspectors

JBC Associates regularly seeks PennDOT experienced TCM, TCIS, and TCI level construction inspectors for future highway and bridge projects. If you have NICET, CDS NeXtGen, NECEPT Bituminous, and ACI/PA Concrete certification, BSCE or BSCET degree, we want to hear from you. Project locations vary and may be in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland or New Jersey. CIVIL/ SITE INSPECTOR

JBC Associates seeks a Civil Inspector with airport construction experience.  Candidate should have experience with airport construction, including terminal and airfield; runway and taxiway systems; relocation and reinstallation of utilities; and site work.  Position requires a NICET Level III or five (5) years of experience in field construction work; expertise to monitor the progress and quality of construction work; and intense attention to detail.
