JBC Associates, Inc. (JBC) is a woman-owned professional construction management firm founded in 1988 by Janet B. Cunningham, PE.

Building upon her experience, Janet began the firm initially providing claims consulting services to a major pharmaceutical company and owner representation services to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania during the state's design-build construction of four (4) new state prisons.

Today, JBC is a 70-person plus professional construction management firm specializing in owner representation services on public and private sector projects in the areas of project control, scheduling, contract administration, construction inspection, and disputes resolution. Customer-focused attention and ability to meet our clients' needs has earned us a loyal following. Since our early beginnings, we have been helping owners, design professionals and contractors alike accomplish their goals on both new and rehabilitation projects for traditional design-bid-build and alternative project delivery programs.
